About
Our challenge:
Men today are feeling bad and behaving badly because
they’re not in touch with themselves or their feelings.
Our purpose:
We help dudes feel better.
By helping dudes feel better,
we create a safer and more
sustainable society for all.
Jäbät & Tunteet is a community that promotes well-being by developing the culture of conversation and helping dudes recognize their emotions and better understand themselves.
In addition to our popular podcast, Jäbät & Tunteet organizes community-driven Conversation Clubs across Finland, where men gather to reflect on and talk about their feelings and experiences. We also host Jäbächät, an online chat where similar discussions take place outside of events.
