Community builders

Community Builders are volunteers, a group of people over Finland who hold our community together and make sure that our mission is being worked on. Together we learn more about our emotions, enjoy life more, and help other men to do the same.

Jäbät & Tunteet is a community, a culture, and an ideology. It’s an ever changing group of people and a set of activities working towards our purpose: helping dudes feel better and thus creating a safer and more sustainable society for all.

This is not for any of us to keep. We are building this for our sons. For the generations and centuries to follow.

In the Community Builders community, it’s possible to explore new roles and identities. Responsibility and support are both offered and rotated according to each person’s motivation and capacity.

The most common role of Community Builder is facilitating at our events, but you can also be a photographer, editor, producer, yoga instructor, writer or anything else that can be of relevance.
